Reading Horizons® Discovery LIVE

This project was created for Reading Horizons, an educational software company focused on improving student literacy. Working from a script and rough cut provided by the project manager, I was responsible for designing and animating all elements, as well as several composited green screen elements.

Because the software was still in development, I was required to recreate its interface in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects rather than pull assets from screen recordings. This involved designing assets such as the tablet graphic, then animating graphs, menus, and page elements to match the script’s requirements. I also re-created and composited the software onto classroom devices—including the classroom television, student computers, and handheld iPads.

The finished video was used as part of a larger marketing campaign and was featured across Reading Horizons’ social media platforms, including their YouTube channel.
